One of the main elements of the PROTEUS will be Mobile Command Center. This Center has to be more functional, modern and automated than crisis staff and other commanding centres, which are used now.In the projected the MCC will be elaborated, implemented and tested following solutions:

• Complicated timing-spatial analysis, which will use advanced algorithms of mobile processing, which will simplify a display of complicated phenomenon.
• Expert system, which analyze crisis situation and presents to operators and action’s manager the list of possible scenarios, used in problem solution.
• Elements of virtual reality, which are used for better presentation of tactical situation, very modern intuitive interfaces of all implement subsystems, as well as mobile ones.
• Integration with many external systems, which will provide constant supply of needed information, which will simplify the decisions making on the ground.
• Unlimited operating range of the system through the connection to the global network
• Unique functionalities, which are the effects of usage of complicated computable geometry algorithms, the theory of graphs, the communication management, which helps in fast decision making or rather automation of selected process (evaluation of robot’s tracks, defining of areas of visual visibility, tracking of information in distracted communication system);
• Open architecture permissive for full scanning in case of rising user requirements.

As an effect the designed commanding centre will be a modern mobile distracted system, which will be also an integrated element of complicated system delivering an unique in the European scale functionality for the users.
